Shoulder pain seems to occur often. The shoulder is an amazing because it is the most mobile joint in your body. But due to its mobility, the shoulder can become problematic when injured and be one of the most frustrating joint to deal with. Common symptoms include stiffness and weakness. However, you can have referred pain in the neck, down your arms and fingers. The most common symptom occurs when arm is falling down on an outstretched arm such as in front of you and behind you.

 

What can you do about your pain?

When it comes to shoulder pain, don’t wait. The earlier you get treated, the sooner you will feel better. If you let it wait, there is a possibility of the capsule to lock up and will hinder the mobility.
